Following Kinvara’s acquisition of an established water business in 2021, Kinvara has successfully expanded its capability in delivering developer-led subdivision works across the Sydney metropolitan area. Our scope includes the delivery of all water and sewer main works, completed in accordance with Water Service Coordinator requirements and relevant authority standards.
To date, Kinvara has completed more than 50 subdivision and Section 73 projects, supporting developers through all stages of delivery, from early planning through to final approvals and construction.
